Senior Partner David Showalter has over 45 years of experience being an attorney and has served as lead trial counsel for over seventy jury trials as well as thousands of claims, mediations and arbitrations. David pronounces going to law school and practicing law being “A satisfying career because I am dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals and companies”. His extensive litigation experience and deep knowledge of real estate development and valuation work together giving him a unique insight into how to maximize his client’s recoveries in eminent domain cases. He attributes his love for law to helping thousands of clients in a wide variety of legal matters, providing him with tremendous perspective on finding solutions and seeking the best damages possible. Outside of the arena of law, David enjoys playing his trumpet, sailing, and writing.
